 We try to control it.

There is no gas or electricity in our oven. We heat it to about 450 degrees Celsius using only wood! The flavor of our pizza is influenced by many factors. The pizzaiolo must take into account atmospheric pressure, the type of wood, its moisture content, and the oven's temperature, among other things. They must know how to handle the fire, and that requires the utmost concentration.  But we know that it is worth it because... fire gives a completely new dimension of taste.

Specialization!

This word perfectly reflects the character of Italian cuisine.

Specialization is very important because it guarantees quality. It allows the refinement of the smallest details. In Poland, this way of thinking is just beginning to take hold. In 2014, when I Love Pizza opened, we often heard, "But why is it ONLY PIZZA?" Today, after years, such questions are no longer asked. Our guests have noticed the difference and have come to appreciate the quality.

The heart of the pizzeria is a wood-fired oven.

Good pizza requires the best ingredients.

Anyone can make pizza at home. Bake it in an oven or stove.. But! To be honest, once someone tries pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, they won’t want to eat any other kind. When making our pizza dough, we use only Italian flours. The dough and sauce remain unchanged. The exceptional taste also comes from ingredients that mostly come from Italy, such as Mozzarella di Bufala, ‘nduja, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, or Prosciutto Crudo ham.
